Our Goals

Advanced Course FAQs

Committing to further training can be a big decision. We have collected some of the most frequently asked questions about our Advanced Course to help you make the choice that is best for you.

Yes, absolutely. The Advanced Course only needs you to commit to two days of practical training, and we have a variety of dates available, so we are sure you will find a session that suits your schedule.
We do not offer a payment plan for the Advanced Course, however, if you are looking to take additional training following the course, our Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics may be an ideal course for you. The Diploma lets you spread out costs whilst gaining an internationally recognised qualification and includes six days of practical training. Further information on the Diploma can be found here.
Your Advanced Course will introduce you to more complex Botox® and dermal filler treatments, however we understand that it can take extra time to develop any one of these areas into a specialism. We offer a range of Masterclasses that focus on a single treatment area, giving you ample opportunity to refine your techniques in specific procedures.
We offer an Advanced Mentorship Day which has been designed to consolidate the skills and knowledge developed through our Advanced Course and will let you gain further hands-on practice in complex anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler treatment areas. The Advanced Mentorship Day will also let you use the anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler synergistically to achieve the models’ desired look. Further information on the Advanced Mentorship Day can be found here.
We have a range of training options in a variety of treatment areas available at MATA, however if there is a particular treatment that you have been unable to find in our courses, a one-to-one training session may be an ideal option for you. These sessions are completely customisable to your requirements, and you will have the undivided attention of one of MATA’s trainers. MATA will also provide models that meet your requirements as far as is possible. Further information on our one-to-one training can be found here.
There will be no more than six delegates on the Advanced Course, which will let you have ample opportunities to both practice and observe Anti-Wrinkle Injections and dermal filler procedures. Your fellow delegates will be from the medical field and will have a comparable standard of prior aesthetics training, ensuring that you will all learn at a similar pace.
With costs for anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler starting from $300, and clients across New Zealand demanding a wide range of procedures to achieve their desired look; completing an Advanced Course will give you a competitive edge in the aesthetic industry. Being able to offer complex cosmetic injectable procedures will not only satisfy your patients but should also translate to an enhanced earning potential.
